| What is “Property Guide”? |

| ProjectDubai.com has gone a step further by taking all
of its availabilities and printing them in a forthnighty (every other Wednesday)
high-quality magazine titled “Property Guide.”
Property Guide is the first ever consumable
classifieds magazine that is solely dedicated to property sale
and rental availabilities in Dubai. Its main function is to
facilitate the purchase or leasing of property from
individuals, exclusive property developers and/or property
management companies to the end buyer or lessee. The magazine
features properties from around the city (both freehold and
non freehold), each with coloured pictures and a full
description, price, contact details, and a link online with
even more details and features on the respective

| Why is “Property Guide”
Different? |
|
| Conventional property magazines or newspaper
classifieds are cluttered with articles, editorials, and
misleading information. Property Guide, however, has
taken property classifieds to new levels by going a step
further to present the end-user with a property that includes
photographs, 360 virtual tours, floor plans, and all facts,
figures, amenities, and contact details that one requires in
finding the ultimate property he or she desires. As if this
was not enough, Property Guide has also taken
measures to painstakingly organize, alphabetize, and neatly
place each availability in its correct category and district
using the most detailed maps of Dubai that have been

| What is the Content? |

| Property Guide is the finest in consumable
magazines, designed to the highest standard and put together
with the most efficient method of finding properties for sale
or rent in Dubai. At 100 pages plus, it features hundreds of
properties every other Wednesday, with large colour pictures and maps
detailing 10 different districts around the city. The
colour-coded scheme enables property seekers to easily find
particular areas of interest and the colour dividers help in
separating the different districts. Property Guide
has also dedicated itself to requiring firm documentation and
proof of ownership of each property placed by individuals and
exclusive property management, and development companies alike
to assure no redundant advertisements. These firms have

Dubai. Therefore, this guide is the only classifieds in Dubai
that puts the end-user directly in touch with the owner or

| Property Guide has a monthly print run of
20,000 copies (26 issues yearly) and is circulated through a
combination of retail and controlled distribution throughout
the entire GCC every other Wednesday. |

on all cash counters of leading bookshops, supermarkets and petrol stations
(Emarat petrol stations, 24SEVEN stores, Scuzi @ DIFC, etc…). Copies of

basis to residential complexes, as well as key furniture, home
appliance, and hardware retailers around the city. Magazines
will also be featured for free at several office blocks and
residential buildings throughout the city as well as major
shopping malls and coffee shops around Dubai and key cities
around the GCC countries. |

| Placing Your Property With Us |
|
| How does Property Guide
work? |
|
| You can
choose 2 options to place your property with us, either online
or by telephone. The diagram below will show you the entire
process in a clearer picture: |

| How long does my property stay online? |
|
| Once
your payment is made, your property will stay online for 2 months. |

| What if I only want to be online? |
|
| Unfortunately, it is mandatory for us to place your
property in both the magazine as well as the website. This
shows much better results to our customers and our users alike
due to the various mediums people choose to find
property. |

|
| When is the deadline to place my property in PG? |
|
| Property
Guide is launched forthnightly (every other Wednesday).
Therefore, a week before it is the final day for
submitting your property. Otherwise, any properties after the
mentioned date will be placed in the following month’s issue.
Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions to this policy due
to printing schedules. |

| What type of properties can I submit? |
|
| We
accept almost every type of property from freehold to
non-freehold and rental or sale in the categories of
apartments, villas, townhomes, penthouses, offices,
warehouses, retail /commercial and land. |

| What if I’m a real estate agent? |
|
We
advise all Real Estate agents/agencies to contact us directly
at +9714 390 2533 for approval to use our system. We require
the following information from any Agent/ Agency wishing to
place their properties in PG and
online:
• A valid
copy of company’s Trade
License*
• Total
properties will be billed at the end of each month
*All
documents must be faxed to us at +9714 363 6861 (ATTN: Project
Co.) or given to us in person. |

| What if I have bulk listings? |
|
| If you
have bulk listings, you may choose the option to "continue
shopping" while in the checkout section. Unfortunately,this
feature requires you to completely fill out all the relative
details of each property once again. |

| How do I set a visitation appointment? |
|
| Once you
submitted your property to us by phone or online, we will
contact you within a 48 hour period to schedule a visitation.
All necessary information regarding location and time will be
collected at that moment. |

| What if I live outside of the country (UAE)? |
|
| If you
live abroad and would like to place your property with us, we
only accept online submissions due to payment issues. For any
visitation appointments, please put us in contact with a local
person who has access to your property by emailing

| What if my property does not currently exist? |
|
| If your
property does not physically exist yet, we have large library
of images and renderings that we can use to display your
property. All fees, however, remains the same. |

are 3 different layouts for placing your property in Property
Guide; Standard, Half-Page, and Full-Page Placements.

ProjectDubai.com’s high volume of visitors. The fees as well

| What methods of payment do you accept? |

| For all
out of country customers, we accept only online payments via
all major credit cards. Local customers must pay cash or
cheque on delivery. Otherwise, they will also be required to
submit their property online via credit card. |

| What information am I are required to submit? |
|
In order
for us to set ourselves apart from other mediums and
classifieds publications, we demand many mandatory information
regarding your property. If the following information is
not provided, we will NOT be able to place the property online
or in the Property Guide magazine. These

| What documents do I need to present? |
|
| We are
by law required to ask every customer for “Proof of Ownership”
of their property. It will be illegal to publish and advertise
any listing without recording this document. A sample of the
Proof of Ownership is demonstrated below: |

| What if I do not submit the necessary documents on
time? |
|
| If all
the necessary details including property information, payment,
and proof of ownership is not submitted to us by the deadline
(5th of every month), we will not be able to place your
property in our system or in the Property Guide
magazine. |

|
| What if there are errors in my information placed in
PG? |
|
| If
information provided by you contains errors and we have
records to prove this flaw, will not be held liable for any
refunds or FREE replacements. If the mistake is on our side as
far as spelling errors, or wrongful property or contact
details, we will either gladly refund you or re-submit your
listing for FREE in our next issue. |
